Skin Solutions Aesthetics offers a variety of skincare enhancements that will provide a total skincare experience. Led by Christina Karras PA-C and J. Michael Finley, DO, our goal is to make customers love their skin by offering natural looking enhancements with beautiful results. Christina Karras PA-C has 10 years experience in Dermatology and Aesthetics and strives to provide excellent results while taking the time to educate her patients and recommend a skincare plan customized just for them.

Meet Our Team

Christina Karras, PA-C
Christina Karras is a certified Physician Assistant who completed her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Western University of Health Science in 2010. Upon graduation, she received the Blake Award of Academic Excellence for achieving the highest grade point average of her class, as well as the highest in the School of Allied Health Professionals. She has specialized in Dermatology for over 10 years and is well trained in clinical dermatology, aesthetics and cosmetic surgery. She is highly experienced in dermal fillers, treatment options for facial volume loss, Botox, acne scars and laser treatments. Christina especially enjoys dermal filler techniques that create a natural looking enhancement. She hopes to make patients' first time experience with cosmetic procedures enjoyable, by taking the time to consult them and answer all questions. She is the proud mom of two beautiful girls. On her free time she enjoys camping, home DIY projects, and crafting with her daughters. She is looking forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our SKIN Solutions Aesthetics family.

Lexie Urbina
Lexie Urbina is a licensed esthetician who completed courses at Salon Success Academy. She has received academic honor roll, The American Legion School Award, and The Golden State Seal Merit Diploma. She loves performing services such as the Diamond Glow microdermabrasion and facials. It is her mission to assist her clients in reaching their skin goals and helping them.

J. Michael Finley DO FACOI, FACP, FACR
Medical Director
J. Michael Finley, DO, is an independent clinician-educator specializing in ambulatory clinical care and the education of medical students, residents, and practicing physicians. Dr. Finley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology and public health from Michigan State University and a DO degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, now Midwestern University. He completed internal medicine residency at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital in Highland Park, Michigan and a rheumatology fellowship at the Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California. As a clinician, he specializes in adult ambulatory Internal Medicine. Dr. Finley currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Health Service Alliance (HSA), a Federally Qualified Health Center in San Bernardino County, California. He is licensed by the Osteopathic Medical Board of California and the Texas Medical Board. Dr. Finley collaborates with the HSA care team and administration to provide primary care and behavioral health services at six clinical sites. Before joining HSA in 2022, he served as Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Kansas Health Science Center/Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine for two years. At KHSC, he successfully guided KansasCOM's Candidate and Preaccrediation applications with the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation, hired the faculty team, and established the curriculum. In 2018, Dr. Finley was named the inaugural Senior Vice President for Assessment at the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME) in Chicago, Illinois. Before moving to NBOME, he retired as Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Associate Dean, Graduate Medical Education at Western University/COMP, Pomona, California, after 18 years of service. While at WesternU, Dr. Finley served as Chief Academic Officer and ACGME Designated Institutional Official for OPTI – West, an Educational Consortium sponsor of 18 ACGME residency programs. Under Dr. Finley's direction, more than 40 new residency training programs were developed in California, Nevada, Oregon and Utah. A past Chair of the COMP Department of Internal Medicine and he was founding Internal Medicine residency program director at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California from 2004 – 2012. Dr. Finley has been member of the faculty of UCLA School of Medicine, Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and an invited lecturer at the UC Riverside School of Medicine. Dr. Finley served as a member of the United States Food and Drug Administration's, Arthritis Advisory Committee from 2004 – 2006. In 2015, he was recognized as W. Douglas Ward PhD Educator of the Year by the American Osteopathic Foundation.
